Meet Bobbi Jo

I am a real estate professional who loves being involved in the community, as well as being a loving and loyal friend, daughter, mother and wife. I enjoy experiencing and learning from every real estate interaction and participating in industry education courses to improve my knowledge and skills to best serve my clients. I raise the customer service bar by utilizing innovative and creative ideas to support my client’s real estate needs.
 
My consistent perseverance, tenacity, negotiation and communication skills have always been key in building strong relationships, as well as my reputation among diverse customers, management and industry partners.   • Provide personalized guidance to determine your priorities
  • Organize, schedule pre and post inspections as well as home maintenance needs

  • Organize, schedule prelist inspections, appraisal, as well as home maintenance needs
  • Make myself available around client schedules
  • Assist clients with anything associated with selling their home including cleaning, organizing estate sales, contractor work, etc.
  • Advise clients of items to complete before going live and set expectations
  • Prepare and stage home to sell
  • Determine appropriate list price to ensure maximum profit in shortest time frame
  • Identify key selling points of their home 
  • Present comprehensive, strategic marketing of your home to potential buyers 
  • Negotiate with buyers/buyers’ agents on your behalf

  • High-resolution video tours and photography
  • Comprehensive social media marketing campaign
  • Direct mailers and door hangers/flyers
  • Open houses
  • Utilize the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) 
  • Personally follow up with each buyer’s agent post showing
  • Share listing details with multiple agent networking groups
  • Personally contact high-producing Real Estate Agent in and around the area prior to and after listing
