Lease Listings

One of the benefits I offer my clients is listing their investments purchases for lease.  This process has helped me better understand the struggles that prospective tenants often have when searching on their own.  Landlords or Property Managers frequently ignore inquiries, lack communication skills and often fail to adhere to the Fair Housing Act rules putting them at risk for being sued AND most importantly making the rental search even more difficult for prospective tenants.  Most prospective tenants don’t have the time or resources to consistently follow up with one landlord/property managers let alone multiple.  I make it my professional mission to continue to follow up until I get my clients a signed lease agreement.
